One of the Trump administration’s newest immigration judges said that some women are just a “warm, wet hole.”

Melissa Isaak, an Army veteran and reservist, was hired by the Justice Department on April 8 as a temporary immigration judge. She was permitted to begin hearing cases immediately, according to an announcement from the Executive Office for Immigration Review.

She's a woman. That caught me off guard.

During an interview with pickup artist Anthony Dream Johnson in 2021, Isaak claimed that “there are two types of women.”

“There are good, solid, valuable women who are major assets to men, if you’re a good woman,” Isaak said. “And then there’s a warm wet hole.”

[–] MountingSuspicion@reddthat.com 76 points 2 weeks ago

Isaak was a defense attorney for three of the January 6 Capitol rioters (she later withdrew from two of the cases), and she also helped Alabama Republican Roy Moore dismiss a defamation suit from a woman who said he molested her when she was 14.

What a gem! Glad she's out there making herself valuable to men. What a horrifying (but worth the read) article.

Ah, she must be One of the Good Ones™

[–] daannii@lemmy.world 25 points 2 weeks ago (1 children)

There are way more misogynist women out there than you would think.

Especially from older generations.

[–] northface@lemmy.ml 2 points 2 weeks ago

Reproducing the patriarchy, generation by generation

[–] Freeposity@lemmy.world 18 points 2 weeks ago (1 children)

Both of her "types" reinforce the patriarchy and misogyny in general.

[–] SethTaylor@lemmy.world 5 points 2 weeks ago

Right? Her two types are "obedient and proud of it" and "sex". What the actual fuck...

[–] frustrated_phagocytosis@fedia.io 13 points 2 weeks ago

Is there really, truly a difference for a conservative man? I see little difference in how they feel about women other than inferior creatures for extracting resources and offspring. They treat warm holes better too because trad wives put up with abuse so they don't have to pretend to be a decent person at home.

[–] pipi1234@lemmy.world 10 points 2 weeks ago (1 children)

She lost me at "major asset to man"...

[–] AbidanYre@lemmy.world 6 points 2 weeks ago

She lost me at "interview with pickup artist".

[–] architect@thelemmy.club 3 points 2 weeks ago

Isaak, lol. Sure it’s her last name but I would have opted for her full name because come the fuck on.

[–] undefined@lemmy.hogru.ch 66 points 2 weeks ago (3 children)

Who the fuck even talks like that?

[–] trackball_fetish@lemmy.wtf 45 points 2 weeks ago (2 children)

Conservatives. I'm not joking. I know a Woman who parrots the same sentiment, minus the warm portion

[–] SCmSTR@lemmy.blahaj.zone 16 points 2 weeks ago

Cold wet hole 🤢

[–] Magnum@infosec.pub 11 points 2 weeks ago (2 children)

Melissa Isaak is a woman, no?

[–] elevenbones@sh.itjust.works 13 points 2 weeks ago (3 children)

Im glad magnum P. I. is on the case

[–] Magnum@infosec.pub 10 points 2 weeks ago (1 children)

Thanks a lot. I get less recognition than I thought. But you know I have to investigate when its about a woman.

Yes.. The intent behind mentioning that she's a woman was to emphasize that conservative women talk like this - people already know the men do.

My ex, for one. He saw me as a cut of meat to fuck and when I wouldn't put out, he drugged and raped me. At my own goddamn 21st birthday party. In my home. With my family and friends a shout away. Thing is, I couldn't shout, cause I was drugged. Can't take legal action because all evidence was circumstantial and I repressed the memories for 5 years and then spent 3 haunted by what I remembered until it broke me and I started therapy for it. I can't get justice, but I hope to god the people Trump raped get justice.

[–] crapwittyname@feddit.uk 16 points 2 weeks ago (1 children)

Hey, I'm so sorry to hear that. I've got a similar story only it took more like 15 years until I raised what had been done to me. The worst part now is the anger. If I think about it my heart starts beating faster immediately. I can't get it out of my head when I'm trying to sleep sometimes. It's destroying my life. I'm getting therapy, but it's so deep rooted it's going to take a while.
Good luck, don't give up the fight.

[–] LaunchesKayaks@lemmy.world 5 points 2 weeks ago

I'm so sorry you went through such an awful thing. I wish you the best with your healing. The intrusive thoughts and memories and nightmares are the worst part for me.

[–] Typhoon@lemmy.ca 24 points 2 weeks ago

Rapists and rapist apologizers.

[–] betterdeadthanreddit@lemmy.world 39 points 2 weeks ago (1 children)

“And guess what? Guess who else has a warm, wet hole? Every other woman out there."

I think she's forgetting that men have warm, wet holes too.

[–] AbidanYre@lemmy.world 8 points 2 weeks ago (1 children)

She's also never talked to Been Shapiro's wife.

[–] HeyThisIsntTheYMCA@lemmy.world 2 points 2 weeks ago (1 children)

This headline suggested to me that the judge said this in her new capacity as a judge. That's not the case, this is a statement she made in a different context years ago.

Which doesn't make it normal or cool.

[–] yakko@feddit.uk 19 points 2 weeks ago

This is the kind of talk you'd expect on a shock comedy podcast where actual comedians are deliberately crossing boundaries and it's fairly clear they aren't being sincere. And even in that highly specific context it's still iffy.

[–] architect@thelemmy.club 11 points 2 weeks ago

Literally worse. She got promoted after this.

Lol people get fired for being 5 minutes late to work. Honestly the fact we don’t revolt over that fact alone is everything wrong with us.

How are lawyers not winning every case with “well precedent in this country is no crime is prosecuted as proven by POTUS. This crime is not worse than child rape and treason. So therefore my client should not be punished worse than a child rapist and traitor. That’s my argument your honor.”

[–] SnarkoPolo@lemmy.world 20 points 2 weeks ago

You're surprised? This is what America voted for. Fascism.

We need to be putting more holes in judges.

[–] Whats_your_reasoning@lemmy.world 16 points 2 weeks ago (2 children)

She compared that to a “real woman,” a subtype that she said was meant to “catapult a man.”

“We’re powerful women, we are, if we use it in the right way,” Isaak said, specifying the necessity to use that energy for men.

Instructions unclear; man stuck in tree.

And here I was worrying that these temporary judges would just be incompetent 🤦‍♀️

[–] rangber@lemmy.zip 9 points 2 weeks ago

Ben Shapiro entered the chat:

[–] AbstractReality@lemmy.world 8 points 2 weeks ago

Damn, everything is projection with these people

[–] SCmSTR@lemmy.blahaj.zone 4 points 2 weeks ago (1 children)

Some women judged, and it turns out that Trump is just a Warm Wet Hole.

[–] AllNewTypeFace@leminal.space 4 points 2 weeks ago* (last edited 2 weeks ago)

“Trump is not a cunt. He doesn’t have the warmth or the depth” - a sign at a protest

[–] nightwatch_admin@lemmy.world 3 points 2 weeks ago

That’s no way to talk about Kristi Noem… that’s a cold clammy hole at best.

[–] santa@sh.itjust.works 2 points 2 weeks ago

Should be removed…

[–] 1984@lemmy.today 2 points 2 weeks ago

I always like my women useful to men, yeah... Lol. Its absurd seeing a human being talk like this.

[–] the_armchair_potato@lemmy.world 2 points 2 weeks ago

Sounds exactly what soneone from the Rump administration would say. Fuck these demons back to the hell they dug themselves up from 😡

Yet another certified bruh moment

[–] atzanteol@sh.itjust.works 2 points 2 weeks ago

She compared that to a “real woman,” a subtype that she said was meant to “catapult a man.”

So either way women are defined by their utility to men.

Gross.

[–] Bluedragon012@lemmy.world 2 points 2 weeks ago (1 children)

Imagine making legal decisions based on fetishes. Shame shame. Not everyone is into sex slavery with a dash of religion.

Change her name to something Arabic sounding then share without the context of western world. Every MAGA faithful, Republican and most Democrats would have a field day with this, until we did the big reveal.
