Yeah but pretty telling how he just says "it is what it is" to this while literally wielding unlimited power to try to change everything he actually doesn't like.
I mean the dude owned casinos. He wouldn't actually be opposed even if he himself weren't making boatloads of money off of it.

He didn't make money off of his own casinos, though. Or at least, they went bankrupt. Possibly because he was taking so much off the top, I guess.
