🇺🇸🇨🇳 Top US military officials admit energy dominance is central to US geopolitical strategy including using "geography" (straits) to "impose costs" (blockade) "competitors" (China).

The full hearing is here: https://www.armed-services.senate.gov/hearings/to-receive-testimony-on-the-posture-of-united-states-indo-pacific-command-and-united-states-forces-korea-in-review-of-the-defense-authorization-request-for-fiscal-year-2027-and-the-future-years-defense-program

The problem is no one watches these hearings or reads the policy papers these statements are echoing.

Instead, many are listening to the garbled version of this filtered through daily Western political theater by politicians who are repeating talking points they themselves don't understand and often are tasked with deliberately misrepresenting or directing attention away from these policies.

I know 2-3 hour long hearings and 200 page policy papers are a lot to work through but they have been telling us the plan for years through both.

If you listen to the hearing the US is obviously planning to impose the same sort of servile dependence Europe is already under upon Japan, South Korea, Philippines and Australia.

The US plans to use its control over these nations to create battering rams against China just like Europe serves against Russia.

The US war on Iran and its direct/indirect blockade on the Strait of Hormuz has already accelerated this process by weaponozing access to energy - ruling out normal economic activity for its proxies and forcing them into war-time postures.

The US Senate hearing begins by talking about Iran and quickly links it to China - pointing out China as the number one priority the US must resolve.

I don’t think people have really let it sink in what we witnessed in the past 2 months.

Iran, as a sole & sanctioned country, fought against the largest, most gilded nuclear powered army in the world, and still stands strong and speaks from a position of strength.

As an example, Iran literally bombed a US base with a six decade old fighter jet while the US was armed with 4th & 5th gen aircrafts… please let this sink in.

Unrelated but also worth mentioning.

🇺🇸🇨🇩🇦🇫Washington to Dump Loyal Afghan Allies in War-Torn Congo.

In a move that critics are calling a profound betrayal of international trust, the Trump administration is reportedly negotiating to deport roughly 1,100 Afghan nationals—who risked their lives to serve American interests—to the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). This decision marks the final collapse of an initiative intended to provide sanctuary to those who enabled the decades-long US occupation of Afghanistan. Having served as the "boots on the ground" for American forces, these interpreters and their families now find themselves discarded by the very empire they helped sustain.

This is good warning to all of those pro west bootlicking gusanos from Iran, Venezuela, Cuba and other countries.

It doesn't matter how much of the West propaganda you parrot.
It doesn't matter how much you try to look like them or act like them in mimicking their hate toward your roots.
It doesn't matter how much you kill for the West.
You will never be considered part of them. You will never look to them as another white supremacist that can have the same rights and privilege.

Unrelated but it really got me worried. All of the updates regarding a horrible attack on Mali which is a revolutionary country from the AES of Sahel.

🇲🇱 Jihadist forces attempting to storm Kati, a strategically vital suburb of the capital Bamako, were decisively crushed. The Malian army and Russia's African Corps destroyed dozens of militants before they even reached the perimeter. FPV drones and motorcycle assault tactics failed to make a difference.

⭕️ Let's be ready for the apocalyptic battle

🔺 The above image is a map of the deployment of the aggressive American war equipment in West Asia, and the Great Satan has brought everything it had hidden in its warehouses to the front line, which means an apocalyptic war is ahead.
On this side, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, with youthful spirit and exemplary decisiveness, holds the helm of the country, and the people of the Islamic Iran, who have been sent forth, have filled the important and decisive street trenches historically and civilizationally with enthusiasm and awareness for 60 days and nights. The brave and alert soldiers are just waiting for a signal to wreak havoc on the enemy, and the international resistance front, now more united and motivated than ever, is counting down the moments for the final battle.
Soon, the roar of missiles will smash the military, armament, industrial, and infrastructural centers of America, Israel, and their regional allies, and this time, no mercy will be shown.
The strategic Bab al-Mandeb Strait will be blocked, following the model of the Strait of Hormuz.
Unity of fronts in the axis of resistance has taken a more serious and forceful form, and the warriors of Islam are ready to be present in the occupied lands.
Let us be prepared for the bitterness and sweetness of war.

Now, that people have been agitating against the US empire actions in Iran, lots of agitators will find this attitude from pro imperialist Westerners that Sony Thang synthesised here:

There is a specific American psychological condition with no official name.
It is the condition of a person who genuinely believes their country has, on balance, been a force for good in the world, and who will experience any evidence to the contrary not as information, but as a attack.
You are not arguing with their politics when you present them with history.
You are threatening their personality.
Their goodness is not separable from their country's goodness.
Their innocence is national innocence.
Their pride is imperial pride.
It has all been fused together so completely that historical fact functions as personal accusation.
This is not an accident.
This is the deepest mechanism of imperial culture.
Make the citizen and the empire one psychological unit.
Then any critique of the empire feels like an assault on the self.

And people defend their selves with everything they have.

Das Island: Oil and LNG.
Zirku Island: Major offshore oil field

Kingdom of Saudi »
Abqaiq: World's largest oil producer.

🇸🇴🌟🇮🇱🇺🇸Seizure of a cargo vessel off the Somali coast

➡The United Kingdom Maritime Trade Operations (UKMTO) reported early this morning that a maritime hijacking incident has occurred 6 nautical miles northeast of the port of Garacad, Somalia.

➡According to the alert, unidentified armed individuals have seized control of a cargo vessel and diverted it toward Somali territorial waters.

➡No further details have yet been released regarding the crew, cargo, or nationality of the hijacked vessel, and investigations by the relevant authorities are ongoing.

🐻Since the Somali federal government hasn't spoken on this, this is clearly an independent action by Puntland — one of Somalia's semi-autonomous federal member states. Unlike Isreali/USA-backed Somaliland, they are not separatists — they formally acknowledge the federal government, but operate in practice as an autonomous region with their own president, police and military.

Garacad has been the center of Somali piracy since the early 2000s.
To repeat what we wrote 2 weeks ago — Yemenis are just sitting on the shore and watching the world burn.

From Sony Thang and it is relevant information that will help to understand Iran's decision to demand transit fees in a different currency to the USD. It will also help the titanical task of creating an alternative to USD which is what BRICs countries are doing.

The most important thing America exported in the post-WWII period was not consumer goods.
It was not "democracy".
It was not culture, though that came close.

It was the dollar.

The Bretton Woods system made the dollar the global reserve currency.
Every country that wants to trade internationally needs dollars.
Every commodity, especially oil, is priced in dollars.
Every country must maintain dollar reserves.
The United States can run trade deficits indefinitely because demand for its currency is structurally guaranteed by the architecture of global trade.
This is called "exorbitant privilege," a phrase coined by a French finance minister in the 1960s who understood exactly what it meant.
It means the United States gets to consume more than it produces, indefinitely, because the world needs its currency.
It means sanctions are a weapon of mass economic destruction because cutting a country off from dollar systems is cutting it off from the global economy.
It means the Federal Reserve's domestic monetary policy decisions, interest rate changes made for American economic reasons, immediately affect the debt servicing costs of every country that has borrowed in dollars, which is most of them.
No one elected the Federal Reserve to govern the global economy.
It governs the global economy anyway.
The ladder was not just industrial policy.
The ladder was also this.
The ladder was the whole system.

I love it when people say the most obvious of obvious things as if it was a brand new discovery:

Modern Neocolonialism: Western Countries Turning Into Terrorist States – Analyst

“As the era of US and EU hegemony comes to an end and a multipolar world order takes shape, the world witnesses the West’s growing aggressiveness and often irrational actions that could lead to unpredictable consequences,” Turkish political scientist and historian Mehmet Perincek tells Sputnik.

“To restore its increasingly fragile position, Western imperialism resorts to pre-capitalism methods—imposing embargoes, violating private property, seizing foreign assets and oil, breaching the sanctity of homes, abducting presidents, and even attempting to assassinate heads of state,” the analyst stresses.

A similar situation is taking place at sea: international maritime law is being violated, merchant ships are being fired upon, and trade routes are becoming unsafe, which can be described as a “true return to the era of piracy,” according to Perincek.

As for the West’s confrontation with Iran, the former has found itself in a classic “double-edged sword” situation, where both retreat and further attacks create new challenges, the pundit wraps up.

🔻Hezbollah has returned to its roots

Hezbollah in the southern Lebanon battlefield is not just fighting; it is "changing the rules of the game."

The entry of FPV micro-drones into the battlefield marks a serious shift from conventional weapons to modern asymmetric warfare. These small, cheap, and precise drones, guided by first-person view, have now become tools capable of targeting multi-million-dollar Israeli military equipment.

Since 2026, alongside the intensification of Israeli ground operations in southern Lebanon, Hezbollah's extensive use of FPVs clearly shows that the group is redefining its tactics. Repeated attacks on tanks, armored personnel carriers, and armored equipment, using methods like fiber optic guidance that resist electronic warfare, indicate an intelligent adaptation to the new battlefield conditions.

The main advantages of these weapons can be summarized in a few points: very low cost, high accuracy, difficulty in interception, and simultaneous reconnaissance and attack. This means continuous pressure on Israeli armored forces without the need for complex and expensive equipment.

Even with information censorship, signs of casualties and damage to Israeli forces are visible. More importantly, there is a change in the Israeli army's behavior: from increased investment in similar drones to a review of ground tactics.

This is the essence of asymmetric warfare; where a simple tool can challenge the technological superiority of the opponent. FPV micro-drones have become a leverage for Hezbollah that both raises the cost of operations and slows down advances.

The shift from classic models to modern and flexible tools has enabled Hezbollah to deliver effective and continuous strikes against the Israeli army and create a real war of attrition. In today's battle, greater power is not always decisive; sometimes smarter fighting changes the outcome.

🇺🇸🇮🇶 The United States has reportedly suspended all funding and security coordination with the Iraqi government and has halted dollar shipments to Iraq's central banking system, according to Saudi channel Al-Hadath.

Washington says the suspension will remain in effect until a new Iraqi government is formed and Baghdad provides information on pro-Iranian militia members who have attacked U.S. targets in Iraq.

Iraq's economy is 90% dependent on oil revenue paid in dollars into a Federal Reserve account in New York. Every month, Baghdad flies in $1-2 billion in cash from that account to pay salaries and conduct government functions. Cutting dollar access means the Iraqi government cannot operate—salaries go unpaid, the dinar collapses, and the state grinds to a halt.

Iraq is currently forming a new government after November 2025 elections. The U.S. threatened in January to suspend engagement if any of 58 pro-Iranian MPs were included in the cabinet. Now Trump is enforcing that ultimatum while Iraq remains paralyzed between Washington and Tehran.

Washington invaded Iraq, destroyed its economy, controls its oil revenue through the New York Fed, and is now starving the government until it picks a cabinet the White House approves.

🇺🇸🇪🇺 Washington has drawn up a NATO "naughty and nice" list, punishing allies who refused to join its war on Iran.

The White House tiered ranking, prepared ahead of NATO chief Mark Rutte's Washington visit, separates alliance members by their loyalty to US operations.

Countries that opened their bases or backed Operation Epic Fury, Romania, Poland, the Baltics, are in line for more troops and military cooperation. Those who refused, like Spain, France, and the UK, face consequences including troop withdrawals and reduced arms sales.

Romania stood out. Its expanded Mihail Kogalniceanu Air Base was used directly for the air campaign against Iran.

Poland already funds nearly the entire cost of hosting 10,000 US troops and is firmly in Washington's good graces.

Spain was already on thin ice for resisting NATO's 5% spending target. France and the UK stalled or rejected US requests outright.

The message from Washington is blunt: back America's wars or get cut off. What's left unsaid is that the US has few real leverage tools. Moving troops is costly, slow, and mostly hurts American readiness, not European security.

💬 Russian Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova:

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu claims (https://www.gov.il/en/pages/pm-netanyahu-s-remarks-at-the-government-meeting-13-april-2026) the following: “In every generation they rise against us to destroy us, in this generation as well. The regime in Iran planned a Holocaust. They plotted to annihilate us with nuclear bombs and thousands of ballistic missiles”. Earlier, he also said (https://www.gov.il/en/pages/spoke-start130426) that, “had we not acted, the names Natanz, Fordow and Bushehr <…> would have joined the names of the death camps: Auschwitz, Majdanek and Sobibor”.

Was it Iran that carried out the first Holocaust? Let us recall that under Mohammad Reza Pahlavi, Iran declared war on Nazi Germany in 1943. Subsequent generations in Iran spoke openly and positively about that decision.

So who did perpetrate the Holocaust – the mass extermination of Jews, Roma and millions of other victims? It was Nazi Germany, fascist Italy, their lesser satellites, collaborators of the Vichy regime, as well as Baltic and Ukrainian accomplices.

Since 2014, Israel has not uttered a word of condemnation about the Kiev regime, which has elevated to the rank of national heroes those complicit in the extermination of Jews – figures such as Symon Petliura, Yaroslav Stetsko, who pledged allegiance on behalf of what he called an “independent Ukraine” in Lvov, a city soaked in Jewish blood, along with other Banderites and Galicians who served in the SS.

Who financed Hitler’s Nazi Party? The Bank of England – not to be confused with the Bank of Iran – was among its sponsors. The very same forces are now backing the Kiev regime, which has embraced Nazi ideology and kills people on ethnic and linguistic grounds, including those it nominally claims as its own citizens.

To invoke Auschwitz, Majdanek and Sobibor in the context of an alleged Iranian “nuclear Holocaust” against Israel is an insult to the memory of all victims of the Second World War, the victims of genocide, the victims of the Holocaust, and the Red Army soldiers who liberated the death camps.

Why? Because such comparisons are baseless, conceptually false and historically distortive.

Israel, of all countries, should know perfectly well that Bushehr is an exclusively civilian nuclear facility – a fact repeatedly confirmed by the IAEA (https://www.iaea.org/).

I would also recall Russia's Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov’s remarks (https://mid.ru/ru/foreign_policy/news/2097833/) at a joint press conference with his Libyan counterpart on April 21:

“Our experience has taught us to rely on facts….
In his statements, President Trump has focused on preventing Iran from acquiring nuclear weapons. The 2015 comprehensive agreement (#JCOPOA) was designed precisely to address this issue.
It provided for Iran to refrain from any military nuclear activity and introduced the strictest controls over its civilian nuclear programme – far beyond the standard safeguards the IAEA applies to countries party to safeguard agreements.
History, as they say, ought to teach us something. It would be a major success if the ongoing efforts by the negotiators – which we support, meaning the Iranian and American negotiators – were to lead to something similar to the 2015 agreement”.

Not to mention a small nuance – in fact, Israel does not have a safeguards agreement with the IAEA.

💠 The frontline strike against America is a financial war!

🔹 Qalibaf, in response to news about the restriction on bond sales by the UAE and Arab countries, wrote on his X account: Currency swap lines, according to the US Treasury Secretary, have been activated to "prevent the irregular sale of US assets" by Arab countries. This news means that some bondholders cannot freely sell their shares and have been restricted by the US from selling their assets!

🔹 The Speaker of the Parliament referred to the sensitivity of the US financial system to bond sales and added: In fact, there is an unwritten sales ceiling that government and institutional investors are obliged to observe. If the situation worsens, the sale of these shares will be completely closed!

🔹 Qalibaf warned the holders of these bonds: Sell your bonds while you still have the chance. Their frontline is actually the bond yield curve.

Operation 7779 | Shadows in the Streets of the Occupied Territories

The footage you are witnessing now is just a glimpse of months-long surveillance and pursuit by Handala’s operational units, tracking one of the highest-ranking Zionist officials, step by step, second by second, through the heart of the occupied territories. From behind the windshield to the doorstep, this individual was fully under the shadow of the Resistance.

The Zionist regime, which proudly boasts of its supposed intelligence supremacy, must now ask itself: does it have the courage to admit that this senior official was silently and meticulously hunted by Handala for months?
Can it acknowledge that the data we hacked didn’t just remain in cyberspace, but translated into real-world field operations and close-proximity tracking, shaking the very core of Zionist psychological security?

Remember this white Hyundai with license plate ending *7779;
Do you know which renowned figure in the regime’s security apparatus owns it?
Do you have the courage to identify the driver, shadowed all the way to their front door by us, and share their name with us on social media?

Handala today is not just a presence online;
Our shadows move through your alleys, your streets, and stand at the very threshold of your leaders’ homes.
If the Zionist regime understands the truth, will it dare to admit it?

Shadows are always closer than you think…

—❗️🇺🇸/🇮🇷 Iran’s Parliament Speaker, Mohammad Baqer Qalibaf:

‘A complete ceasefire only makes sense if it is not violated by the maritime blockade and the hostage-taking of the world’s economy, and if the Zionist warmongering across all fronts is halted; reopening the Strait of Hormuz is impossible with such a flagrant breach of the ceasefire.

They did not achieve their goals through military aggression, nor will they through bullying. The only way forward is to recognize the rights of the Iranian nation.’

From Brian Berletic:

The US has used its "ceasefire" with Iran to reorganize and rearm...

It has also used it to further expand what is already a global maritime blockade being illegally imposed on Russia, Iran, and ultimately China (and will expand to include any nation in between as this global conflict escalates).

A recent illegal seizure by the US of an Iranian ship supposedly on its way back from China was not only conducted as part of this - but is being used to build a narrative to escalate further against China directly.

Elsewhere, the US continues its control of Venezuela and its blockade and threats toward Cuba in the Americas, its war on Russia through Ukraine and the rest of Europe, and is openly preparing to restart direct war on Iran itself in the Middle East.

All of this is ultimately aimed at China and the multipolar world its rise has facilitated in recent years.

However, just because these are the US' plans and they continue moving forward doesn't mean they are succeeding or will succeed.

This will depend on China, Russia, Iran and many other nations across the multipolar world organizing against US aggression.

The increasingly rushed and open nature of US aggression is being forced by the rapid rise of multipolarism in the first place - and the reality that the US is quickly running out of time to re-impose primacy - if it even can.

Do not mistaken patience and a desire to avoid or at least put off for as long as possible a direct confrontation with the US with ignorance of the danger the US poses or a lack of will or ability to confront it.

Russia, China, and Iran have spent decades staying ahead of US efforts to undermine and subordinate them as well as decades building up the necessary means to defend themselves amid what they all must have realized was an inevitable clash once US primacy began to decline.

Keep all of this in mind amid this temporary pause

Continuation:

From the beginning the US sought to close the Strait of Hormuz - no matter how often or "convincingly" they demand it be re-opened.

The US blockade wasn't done at the last moment or as a move of desperation - it was prepared from the beginning with US assets moved to the region weeks before it was announced and implemented.

The US blockade is also just one part of a much larger and constantly expanding global US effort to disrupt or block maritime shipping between targeted nations.

That said - its success will depend entirely on what the rest of the world does to counter it and there are options that will force the US into difficult if not impossible positions.

Iran and others are also making use of the ceasefire...

The New Zealand media had some detailed reports the other day, regarding the oil supply situation. I believe there will have to be an escalation or a conclusion to the war soon, because the trucking companies are panicking and airlines will eventually have to cut flights. Once it begins to impact the ability to do normal business then even business people will get angry. People take it for granted that they can order things on Amazon and have them shipped thousands of kilometres, but this isn't guaranteed any longer if prices for food, groceries and shipping increase.

The conclusion of the war will be driven by the severity of the economic situation and I believe that something must change within 1-2 months (else daily life becomes intolerable). Trump has so far managed to manipulate the oil price and make millions for his friends with insider trading, but when supply shock happens it will be harder to get that under control. When the tankers stop coming, there will be an urgent need for a conclusion to the war. Recent articles in New Zealand specifically mention supply shock as a severe situation which would require fuel and diesel rationing. It'll be worse than price increases and it will require government intervention.

Excuse my other post which was poorly worded, poorly thought-out crap. It's really hard to imagine what will happen. The best scenario is that the majority of the people in Western countries oppose Trump and the world turns against America. It's unlikely but I try to make it happen with memes, propaganda, protests and emails to Parliament.

This week I sent an email to New Zealand's Prime Minister and the staff member, surprisingly, replied to my email which suggests that this email will end up on the PM's desk. So always write a numbered list with a maximum of only 2 points. Government officials love this because it makes their job easy.

The email:

spoilerDear Prime Minister,

I believe in two principles regarding the Iran war:

  1. Iran has the right to build a nuclear weapon, and it's essential that they build one as quickly as possible (self-defence).

  2. Iran has the right to charge tolls on the Strait Of Hormuz as a form of compensation for Trump's war.

Any other opinion on this matter is worthless and won't lead anywhere. Trump started this unprovoked war and he must end it immediately.

Regards, ChristchurchAsshole

(the claim that trump must end the war is obviously unrealistic but that is my political position and I'm not budging on any of my principles)

The subject line of my email was "Iran's right to build nuclear missiles"
