  • The US proposal is unserious and its demands are unrealistic.
  • There is no plan to participate in the next round of negotiation.
  • Transfer of nuclear material outside of Iran is not on the table.
  • Iran is in continuous contact with its partners in Moscow and Beijing.

This seems like a diplomatic escalation. Iran has not explicitly mentioned its partners in Moscow and Beijing up until now.

Everyone knows Russia and China are involved in back office capacity, but it seems like Iran is planning on deepening strategic ties in the new multipolar world order.

Have Russia and China been brought up like this before? As direct partners? That kinda sounds like a big deal considering that China does not like being directly involved.

I think they are saying that the first round of talks was asked for by China but Russia has backed Iran in explaining that negotiating with usa is like negotiating with a rabid dog and China has now accepted that.
