If he'd read the words of the prophets, he'd see the Israelites were frequently driven from their land for disobeying God. The prophets said they will get the land back when God gives it to them at the end of the world. 1) It's not the end of the world and 2) God has not given them the land. I listened to an interview with a former Zionist (he met Palestinians and was like these are just people?? And we're just killing them???) and he said at the heart of Zionism is the idea that they don't need to wait for God to give them their land back; they can take it now by force!
