Also catalytic/inhibition of decomposition x provides some very concerning info about dropping the ignition temperature/making stuff unreliable, but of course one only searches such things academically in libraries, with appropriate precautions
An interesting aside is that one of the main reasons the space shuttle, and by extension the SLS used for Artemis II, uses solid rocket boosters is as a bit of graft for that Utah AP plant.
There's a lesser-known similar situation with ESA's Ariane's side boosters. They share tech with France's M51 sub-launched ICBMs, they're both made by ArianeGroup.
this really has me thinking about that horrible story about a no good worker who burned down an innocent warehouse in ontario, california.
