reactor vessel failsafes are usually posted right in the maintenance manual, usually with contact the manufacturer immediately warning
Also catalytic/inhibition of decomposition x provides some very concerning info about dropping the ignition temperature/making stuff unreliable, but of course one only searches such things academically in libraries, with appropriate precautions
