Don't cover it up. Didn't touch it up. Turn to the person and judge them for not knowing what a swastika looks like and be fine with it. We should not cater to people's stupidity or ignorance.

Just get a swastika tattoo right next to it so that people can see the difference between the two.
Outline the orange circle properly. Black line will ytterly change the visual

Who wants to be friends with people that can't think or play portal? Na, nothing wrong with you.
Add a blue portal below it with a person coming out who doesn't look at all like a swastika, maybe?

This is just an indicator for people who don't think before they speak. Because if you do, you'd realize that it looks nothing like a swastika. Maybe your brain got duped (hopefully only for a moment) by an abundance of images like this:
Which, incidentally, means NO nazis.
If you see it only by a quick glance or from far away, or have poor vision, it's pretty easy to mistake it for a swastika.
Me trying to non-chalantly ascertain if the lady next to me on the bus is a nazi or not
peripheral vision is not very clear and I can certainly see why people would do a double take. And if it were me, I'd rather that people don't need to do a double take to see if I'm nazi or not.
Just write "NOT SWASTIKA" next to it.

Was also going to mention this. As much as I think cactuar is a fun monster, I will never be able to bring myself to get merch of them, because of that shape.
Perhaps you should put a blue portal on your cheek?
Make the portal more saturated and cover up the back lower leg with it.
