These are soulless monsters who can have literally everything but since nothing satisfies them anymore they wish to hurt and degrade others for the thrill of it.
I thought we were talking about the fact that Dubai doesn't have a functioning sewage system and has to get the shite out via lorry.

Because the kind of brain that thinks "I deserve all this money" is broken, and not even close to resembling the brain that thinks "I should use the extra money I have to help others"
The two things are incompatible. Shit, I wouldn't even feel comfortable showing my face to employees who don't earn close to what I take. I'd be too ashamed that I'm essentially stealing from them since I'm not doing to work of 20 people (let alone 150,000) by myself.
The brain that doesn't have that shame doesn't even think about others, unless it's in the context of "how can I exploit this"

I think part of the problem is that the brain is never content with what it has. It becomes the new normal instead of luxuries.
Think about the a man, sleeping with beautiful women all the time - either escorts or gold diggers.
It becomes the new normal. He wants more. In what direction this want will go probably differs from person to person. There will be excess, perversion, cruelty, until that is the new normal. Getting more and more depraved. Limited only by that persons conscience and what he can get away with.
And for a sociopath and billionaire? There are are no limits, no crime he can't commit, no foul act he won't try. Torture. Children. Murder. Cannibalism. These people have been above the law for too long.
Because they are sociopaths. You and I would never get to the status of filthy rich because we would start giving money away before that.

As someone who grew up in Dubai you have no idea how much schadenfreude I am feeling right now!
