I was thinking Tetsuya Nomura, but this lacks excessive zippers and belts.

These types of leather jackets used to be so common still when I was young in a country bordering the Soviet Union. I had one that I got from a relative and wore it for years. Had the belt and everything. Longer, more Matrix type versions were also very common, got one of those from a second hand store.
Maybe these could still be sourced from second hand stores?
Growing up in the US, I remember being young and desperately wanting to wear a long jacket, and being told I wasn't allowed to because of Columbine.
Pyongyang, maybe?
Looking slick as hell
Now that’s some legit leather. Pleather must be hot on shien or something right now because I see it everywhere and it’s awful
I just got a new kink

Is that his sister or his wife?
Kim Ju Ae, his daughter
That's his daughter who he recently named as his successor
That's not true, there is no such thing as a named successor lol
Was there an offcial announcement or just western speculatiion. He's in an elected position so he cant just appoint someone
I just read some articles about it and it turns out it is suspected by the NIS South Korean intelligence agency due to her many public appearances alongside him in recent months. She apparently has voiced opinions on policy recently as well.

So not necessarily official yet, but probable.
She's undergoing preliminary training for the role, but has not been officially appointed successor.
She's also only 13 atm, and Kim himself isn't very old at only 42, so things could easily change before any probable transition period. Making a concrete assertation that she will succeed him at this point is premature imo.
Does no one remember the media drumming up the same 'she's been made the official successor' hype about his sister ~5 years ago(and claiming Kim had died)?
All claims about the DPRK in western media should be examined very critically as almost every bit of information outside of official statements(and even those are often presented mistranslated) is provided by South Korean intelligence and sensationalistic tabloids, both of which are highly motivated to provide false information about anything related to the DPRK
Well if SK intelligence services and the BBC say it's true
