I'm fully updated on my Android device, and the option is still there. It's in the context menu of where your see your open tabs for me.

Did you turned the device on/off?
I ask because some apps - including Firefox - start in newer versions after power off/on cycle.
No because that's not how Android works. If the app is updated, it is also closed and from that point on you'll have the new version. If you're using it while it is updating in the background, it'll literally just disappear.
But i did check in the store to make sure it's updated. I also manually force closed it just to convince you. Option is still there.
To be clear it's in the tab overview, where you see all your open tabs. For me there's the '...' menu in the top right, and it's in there, as it always has been. But it looks different from your screenshot, I dunno where that was taken.
@Creat Can You show me a screenshot? Because I shared a screenshot and its not there. Can You check Firefox version? Mine is 148.0.1.
I also have 148.0.1. I think I've understand the difference. I'm not trying to select any tabs at all. I just open the menu and select "share all tabs", which is exactly what you're saying you're missing in your OP though?
In case that is relevant, I'm on Android version 15. Since your screen looks quite a bit different from mine.
This has to be a weird android 15/16 thing.
On Android 16 I also don't have this, same as OP
I know this wasn't a bug fix. But it does sound like quite a niche use case. Does the built in browser sync not work for you, assuming you're sharing the links between devices?
I'm personally sad they removed the button to open the current page in a non private tab. I use Firefox on mobile almost exclusively in private mode (yay for not collecting 100s of tabs), but sometimes I quickly want to save a tab between sessions without bookmarking it.
Like you, I used that button also daily. It's so beyond frustrating and forces users to switch away from private tabs as the default. I need it specially when people send me Instagram links that I need to sign-in to watch.
Decluttering a mobile UI has nothing to do with funding issues. They likely have analytics showing how often these are used and you all are probably a very small minority of users. Write yourselves a simple extension to fix the issue.

Unrelatedly curious- what did you use "select all tabs" for?
The way I browse the Internet on my laptop is different then browsing it on my phone. I often open tabs with pages 'to check later' on a device that is not crippled (I prefer to use laptop) but in many places I only have only phone with me - so after I gather some tabs - I then share them to my email/whatsapp/whatever and then open them on laptop.
... and no - I do not want to 'Sign In' into Firefox as things (and tabs) I do on a laptop are entirely different then the ones on the phone.

Sending the tab to the desktop Firefox instead of keeping it open actually perfectly fits your use-case. Seeing as that's exactly what you're doing, only manually.

Nothing changes from normal usage when tab syncing is enabled, except that the list of tabs opened on the phone is available in a special tab on the desktop, and vice versa. Only manually sent tabs are opened on the other device.
If you use firefox sync you can set it to not sync tabs by default, only send tabs when you want, which would fit you usecase.
Yeah I'm sure this is a rare use case - just sending them over to the desktop straight away via sync is way faster. I also browse differently on my phone than on my desktop, but I don't see how linking the devices hampers that in any way.
(In fact, I don't think it "syncs" tabs in the first place, as in, makes sure you have the same tabs open on both devices? It just makes a list of tabs on your other devices available, and allows you to manually send individual tabs.)
Super interesting use case, that makes sense. I can see why it'd be frustrating to loose that functionality given how you liked using it
I would probably use it to select all my current tabs and put them in a Stash, because Firefox doesn't have tab grouping yet.
Firefox could also just add a "Select All" menu item in its selection screen, which is also something else Chrome and its derivatives already have.

I don't use the feature, but just checked and it is possible to do with the duckduckgo browser.
Why would anyone need a feature like this? Explain yourself, OP.
This isn't complicated, mysterious or a secret. If you want to push all your tabs from a mobile device to your desktop for example for more comfortable bookmarking or reading. I also frequently use this.
