In the manga berserk Griffith (who is Trump in this) uses an evil artifact to summon demon gods, he's badly wounded and enfeebled, in exchange for his comrades life (his maga base) the demon gods will bless him with a new body and the power to become king, so Griffith says hells yea and his friends all die painful deaths getting eaten by monsters.

I know it's a silly detail to focus on, but this event in Berserk is literally called "the Eclipse," prominently featuring an eclipse in many panels, and here it's like a blood moon or a harvest moon and I don't really see why that would be.

The Berk ref really doesn't work because Trump is already king of Midland. He sold his comrades out in the eclipse years ago when he was wheeling and dealing in real estate. Place he's not a commoner like Griffith was (and a war hero).
