It's funny because I hate everyone involved in this conflict. Iran, Israel, USA. They are all the same. Would not mind seeing some more dead dictators.

Rule 5: Keep it civil. It's OK to say the subject of an article is behaving like a (pejorative, pejorative). It's NOT OK to say another USER is (pejorative). Strong language is fine, just not directed at other members. Engage in good-faith and with respect! This includes accusing another user of being a bot or paid actor. Trolling is uncivil and is grounds for removal and/or a community ban.
Similarly, if you see posts along these lines, do not engage. Report them, block them, and live a happier life than they do. We see too many slapfights that boil down to "Mom! He's bugging me!" and "I'm not touching you!" Going forward, slapfights will result in removed comments and temp bans to cool off.

I would be fine with all three governments just picking up and moving to the surface of the moon overnight. The world would be a better place
Sometimes, I don't agree with any of it and just eat popcorn and watch.
This one though, I feel like I'm just watching and waiting for the other shoe to drop.
I'm hoping for regime change in any of those countries, but sad for the people dying. The girl school explosion is heart-rending. I feel for the parents.
I'm sure the Trump administration will find a way to blame this on Hillary Clinton.
Why didn't she defend the consulate? And where even was Biden during the whole incident?

Police surgeon???
This is the British meaning of surgeon, so just general doctor vs. doctor who cuts people up.
A police surgeon is a doctor trained in forensics. They assess injuries after an assault, whether a prisoner needs medical attention, etc. They are often a normal operating doctor who does police work when needed.
The US also has ‘surgeon general’, likewise not typically doing any cutting.
That sounds similar to what would be called a "medical examiner" in the US.

There’s some differences. For example a surgeon in British English can be called Mr instead of Dr.

Probably "medical examiner" or similar medical doctor that does work for the police to determine things like cause of death and other injuries possibly obtained while dying.
