Not against her will; she agreed to help during the mind meld (allegedly, according to Spock at least).
Plus unless Spock was deliberately concealing his thoughts from Gracy then she would have seen all his thoughts and memories too and would know that humans in the 23rd century are much more evolved emotionally and socially than in the 20th.
