Based strictly on what we know he has done, yeah. I'd say it's enough. That was a solid beating right there, and I know from experience, getting your ass kicked really fucking hurts and looking at this he is for sure gonna need to go to the hospital and most likely isnt eating solid food until next year. I'd be willing to be if we knew more about the guy, I'd probably wish worse but that is speculation. Getting beat down like this as an adult, by an adult can fuck you up way more than you'd expect.
Why not? It'd be better if he didn't survive at all, but if he's gonna stick around I'm certainly not going to feel bad that he suffers.

My friend, a while back when he was homeless and addicted to heroin was getting wasted at some dive bar I think in Windsor Ontario and got into a fight with a guy who turned out to be a soldier. My pal figured he may get his shit rocked after finding this out since he was drunk, on heroin and malnourished and he kicked the troops ass. I guess as the troop wasn't expecting the fighting style of someone that is seriously there to bring it and just wasnt prepared.
Anytime I see a troop bragging online about how they're a killing machine, all I can think about is how that's really only true in that they don't think twice about killing

He is correct about the 'in a real fight' thing. But you weren't in a real fight. If it was a real fight you could use a weapon, it wouldn't be in agreed upon circumstances. It's not a real fight and shouldn't be treated as such, and considering all he did was suckerpunch you, he wasnt treating it like a real fight either. A real fight ends within 5 seconds usually and if someone has the opportunity for a suckerpunch theyre gonna go further than that with it

Unfortunately this is the kind of man who narcissistically thinks his kids are a shield from the harm he inflicts on others. It's best that he learn the lesson fast that this is not the case.
Unfortunately too, he's likely also depriving his kids of the things they need to mature into healthy adults, so unless they are sufficiently influenced from outside the home it's quite possible they will look at their father and eventually themselves as a victim of woke or some equally silly nonsense.
