The bit about them looking out of shape feels particularly weak. Failing to meet the moment in terms of the severity of the threat, and ignoring Dems complicity in getting us here. I don't get upset at every Meal Team 6 joke, but here it feels unserious and reminds me of when (D) pols use bad words to show how upset they are.

It comes off as a call for making them stronger and more able. Like the problem isn't what they're doing it's that they're not strong, fit, professional and efficient enough.

Same thing with the Trump Taco nonsense. Like, how are you libs so glib about horrible things he’s been too coward to do?

"Who could have prevented this?" asks one of the only men in the world who could have prevented this.

Becausejoker-laden and a bunch of frothingfash and meemaw got convinced by porky-happy to listen to no-oil to greenlight a bunch of dystopian surveillance shit while Hollywood sold the world on the Elite Operator. Then when obama-medal took over capitalist-woke tried the rainbow capitalism thing against the terrorism thing until the domestic backlash got seized by porky-happy to give us trump-anguish who is the most boorish helmsman of the bloated surveillance state perpetuated by brandon who left it in place for trump-moist a second turn of the wheel

And you, Mr John Senatorman, have largely had access to all the documents proving all of this the entire time, above and beyond the proofs we cobbled together over decades of living under this shit.

But yeah big mystery how we got here

Something something both dems and republicans are scared shitless of the Republican voter base, while the democrat base is seen as harmless.
