Great spirit from these kids, sadly they're too innocent to realise that kind words won't work against fascism. I'd like to believe there's a future for them where they can maintain that innocence.

It is not the letters that changed things it was real actions like boycott and mass protests

Non violent action is still active resistance, and all resistance to fascism is good.
Authoritarian regimes need obedenence, don't give it to them willingly.
Not everyone can be involved in an underground movement, not even everyone can be involved in an above-ground movement.

Boycotts and mass protests get more participants when people with a conscience see videos like this. That's why OP said in a parent comment the video wasn't for the fascists. Its for us.
Again the title and the kids first two words they said is adressed to ICE and now those kids and parents sre at risk of being targeted by thr facist. If it was adressed for normsl prople they would say dear people, dear friends, dear neighbourgh etc.
