Tuvix's death makes the entire series A+. If Janeway had a choice between keeping Tuvix alive and getting home immediately, or killing Tuvix and having to slog through the entire Delta quadrant, then clearly the latter is the superior choice.
I heard half of Janeway's temporal violations were her going back just to kill Tuvix all over again.
Yeah but then neelix came back. If I was in an airlock with neelix serving food on the other side, I'd vent myself into space.
I'd be fine with anything he served as long as it didn't contain any leeola root. 🤷♂️

What is the purpose of a comment like this in a trek fan community?
I'm a trek fan who is hurt by the latest show? Is this trek community not a place to share our experience of trek? Or is it cheerleading only here?
Nobody is required to like any new Trek shows. People have been discussing it already, and many dislike it. I don't really care if you like it or not.
The problem is a drive-by comment definitively stating it in this way, on a meme that has nothing really to do with Academy at all, reeks of toxicity. It's what plagues EVERY Discovery post here, and almost everywhere else on the internet. It's not productive, and discourages any post about those shows. Notice how there are virtually zero posts about Discovery or Picard here, and most elsewhere. The few times they come up, they are filled with flamewars and fighting and always turns toxic and unenjoyable.
You're not wrong, but Robert Picardo still is a well-respected actor and I hope he got compensated well for starring in that show.
