Fucking hell ... republican voters love being ruled by C students.

Any fascist-led investigation would be worthless from the get go.
They're trying to say DHS will investigate themselves, but even if it's the FBI it'll be a sham.
Hell, even a local/state investigation is likely to heavily favor ICE.
The justice system has been broke, and people (rightfully) don't trust that we'll get justice.out of it.
And historically that doesn't work out well for the people holding power at the moment...
Good luck with that.
Please. Trump investigate his own Gestapo when they were just doing what they’re told?? Which is to terrorize swing states and extort for voter rolls? Forget it. Americans need to arrest and imprison trump and everyone in his admin. The people need to do it not law enforcement or the military. The people.
Severe vote of no confidence here, for any investigation "mounted" by the Trump administration.
Can we get someone else to investigate? Anyone?
Why does anyone think these demands mean anything? Demanding this government do their job when they're blatantly ignoring the constitution itself? Demanding the criminal, who know they're being criminals, investigate themselves for their own crimes? This is some kind of cognitive disfunction.
When you've either painted or allowed yourself to be painted yourself into a corner of powerlessness. Better to lean into letter writing, strongly-worded condemnations and "calls for" the thing you should have prevented in the first place, than actually doing something.
The only justice we will see will be mob justice.
