From the comments in his history he was stationed in Guam. The account is now deleted but the comments on the OP are still there.
My guess was that he took the pic in the sub and uploaded it either while in port or on shore leave.
Also based on what the folks that claim to serve in the Navy in the thread were saying, mans is turbo fucked. Also allegedly a young black kid so of course they will probably throw the book at him, but that is was happens when you serve the most evil empire on the planet.
Honestly the more I looked into what this guys profile was the more bleak it got. Gooner addicted to AI slop, probably poor alienated kid gets swept up in a whirlwind of toxic masculinity and incel shit and thinks the only way is to join the imperial child murder factory. Ends up working IT probably because he wants to have that badge but is unwilling or afraid of the risk entailed in becoming a pilot or marine, ends up bored out of his mind living in a giant tin can that stinks like your little brother that never showers. You can't complain to any of your shipmates because they either don't care or don't respect you because you are just the IT dweeb, so you post through it until you accidentally post classified shit and never should have been posting literally anything in the first place and now you are getting court marshal for fake internet points on a reddit post.
