I can't believe I didn't realise that this would happen. Of course, it feels so obvious! Liberals are always saying "Trump loves evil dictators" and their media has told them Maduro is an evil dictator. This is liberals connecting the dots, this is the liberal dialectic right here.

I was wondering how they would solve the contradiction between the liberal believes

  • Trump is a Russian puppet
  • Venezuela is a Russian ally
  • Trump is attacking Venezuela

I assumed it would be "Trump kidnapped Maduro because he wanted to be Putin's favourite." but I haven't actually seen that at all.

trump-moist "I want to do a bunch of extrajudicial killings but god I could really use a sensei who can teach me and the country run by bloodthirsty career war criminals how to do this.."

maduro-coffee "Mr. Trump I heard you are looking for a sensei...I have a proposal for you. Send your best team to kidnap me and my wife from Venezuela, think of it as a test to see how prepared your subordinates really are to carry out extrajudicial affairs...once I arrive in the United States, your training will begin."

he-laughed how the average liberal mind works I guess

maduro-gift "Once you can snatch my body from my residence, young asshopper, then you are ready to begin studying the path"

Maduro dodging Trump's attempts to grab his pajama pant leg with speeds that leave Steven Segal seething would be a funny bit.

I saw someone blaming Putin for Trump kidnapping Maduro sometime back on lemmy.

There was an article posted here from some liberal rag calling the kidnapping the Putinization of American politics or something like that.

I don't know if Maduro's engaged in extrajudicial killings or how many, but I'm going to say the police in America on most years trumped his numbers over his entire career.

Before, during or after Trump; take your pick
