This guy's son was in a stolen vehicle and ran away from police. Instead of simply recovering the stolen property, they decided to shoot a Black kid in the back, and (most likely) plant a gun on the body as an alibi. And that cop got off scot free. No trial, no mental health assessment, no fanfare.
