Hard not to look at this and then the other posts here about how nobody is hiring without knowing that they will succeed.

I guess the scarce silver lining here is that clearly government jobs programs work, especially during economic downturns?

the only part about this i support is aggregating a list of names, addresses, and other identity information for all these people.
