I don't drink alcohol at all, but horchata is one of my all-time favorites... if the taste is more horchata than rum, I might become an alcoholic

I think the alcohol isn't very noticeable, but I drink a decent amount so I am not the best judge. It's <14% compared to baileys 17% and I like it better than most Horchatas I have tried.

Well, mixed with coffee It will lower the alcohol. Also it doesn't matter the percentage if you are only drinking a little amount. In some regions of Italy in the past many people used to drink coffee with grappa, which has 37% alcohol.

I can enjoy alcohol without being an alcoholic. Being able to choose to drink or not to drink means almost by definition that person is not an alcoholic.
