Vegan dairy science is lagging and Im impatient for better cheese and sour cream analogs and it'd be cool to be out there engineering bacteria or fungi to make those things but here I am just cooking food instead with envelopes about my probably defaulted student loan debt that i'm afraid to open, it's really cool that i might have like wages garnished to pay for loans that are already doubled due to interest for a degree i didn't even get

I'm not quite so far as you but I am kinda close. I went to culinary school for 4 years and got a couple degrees related to the field, then gave it all up and became a plumber instead. I saddled myself with debt for something I haven't done in 18 years.
