There's a difference between a stutter and completely forgetting what you're trying to say every 3 words.

think of the last 80 year old you interacted with. ask yourself the following questions:
- were they as with it as your average 60 year old?
- did they live as poorly as this guy does (keeping in mind he has access to all the food in the world and he chooses to eat fast food)
- were they under as much stress as a US president?
so… yes. it would seem he is mentally deteriorating. however, what would be a real surprise would be if he wasn't.

If they had not found a culprit Trump would be eating his words like it was Taco Tuesday because that tweet reads like a murder confession. It sounds like a murder confession even with the son in jail....did the administration pay the son to murder his parents? If so, then yeah, totally a TDS death right there I guess.
