Yeah. You want to avoid adding any unnecessary weight to the Z axis gantry, especially if it isn't balanced and even more especially if it's on a freaking lever!
I love the idea though. Hopefully there's an actual camera mount for Ender 3 V3 along z axis that doesn't have this issue.
Yeah I discovered this when I went to print a frame stiffener mod and only had the parts to install half of it... was utterly confused as to why the prints were failing, then realised that what was happening.
Hoping to replace the extruder in my ankermake tomorrow. Again.
