9. No link shorteners or news aggregators.
All posts must link to original article sources. You may include archival links in the post description. Unfortunately the US has allowed president's to effectively start wars since the 1973 War Powers Resolution Act. It allows any US president to engage in a conflict for up to 60 days without congressional approval.

The entire airspace in the Caribbean in front of and above Caracas has been saturated with ratio interference radiation for days now. The few planes still flying are having trouble with comms, GPS and radio referenced navigation. There are other ways to enforce this crap without shooting rockets. It's a shit show.
