It's when you blend vegetables up and add them to flour and yogurt and let it sit and ferment for a few days before you grind it up into a powder and use it as a soup base except I just put yeast in this because im trying to do it veganly so i learn something useful for my job (vegan chef) and uh I dunno what it tastes like ive never made it but it's supposed to be savory and tangy
Neat thanks, I love soup
Is this a similar recipe?
I mean yeah i guess that's pretty much it
Im glad it said the vegetables can be cooked because I did that and then was all "oh no what if there are natural enzymatic processes encouraged by uncooked vegetables"
