Does she think being Jewish would've cancelled out the Nazism? Does she think Nazism is an ethnicity?

Does a older German person really need a genealogist to know that their dad was a Nazi?

It is the same feigned ignorance as the members of Canadian parliament trying to come up with excuses for honoring Yaroslav Hunka. "I didn't know he was a Nazi. I just knew that he was in the armed forces fighting the Soviet Union in WW2..."

If you go by explanations of various Klanadian lemmitors it's "oh it's just our entire parliament spontanously gave standing ovation to some random old guy for no reason, they knew nothing about him, also our PM and president Zelensky who brought him in also did not know anything about him"

lmao, for real!!

i was about to come in here and make some crap joke about her dour expression giving the game away without needing to look up records, but then i realized it said the ancestral investigation uncovered her dad.

it's like saying, "i hired some scientists to do carbon dating on an artifact i found in my garden. turns out it's a perfectly intact can of Steel Reserve 211 i left there last week."

yea i dont get it. I know exactly what my ancestors were doing in ww2. The father of my dad's father wanted to go work for the germans, but her wife said she wasn't gonna hit that ever again if he did that. Also he beat up his kid, who beat up his kid. When he died my dad told him he had been nothing more than a semen spitter. Cheh

the other one tho he was in the comet line. He hid allied airmen.

There is something funny about how her father lied her whole life about not being a Nazi and this is how she found out.

Seriously.... if they go into this hoping the 23&me comes back as "jewish", it's more likely they already knew the family history, but wanted plausible deniability.

This is the reverse of that Nazi who found out he was Jewish and moved to Israel.

yea that's what happens when youre closely related to a bunch of Nazis. a lot of my German ancestors were here before ww1 or even the civil war, i really dodged a bullet there.
