There are a few Ukrainian watchmakers on eBay that sell old watches.

Search "Soviet" and you'll always find relics watches or not.
Downside is goodwill is hyper inflating prices and there's no oversight. I could go on for hours about how goodwill sucks. But yeah that's where I found some. Ebay and etsy too
From a bit of research, I think the name of that one is the “Luch Perestroika Slim Quartz”. There are some for sale online but they’re between $100-$200. So not super cheap by any means.
