This country is fucked. The neoliberals in charge will do nothing to assist the material conditions of the poor working class people and they're literally becoming Hitler because of social media in response. Racial pograms, attacks, riots, are becoming frequent in the poor white suburbs of the cities, and the far right here is growing rapidly.

The shit that has been happening in England with large scale racial violence against people of color is going to start happening here, as the people in charge of the English violence are exporting it here. Then other minorities will be next.

I'm seeing a lot of people celebrating Catherine Connolly who don't live here who don't understand what it's like. Things are truly fucked.

There's a certain type of fascist in Britain who distinguishes their hate for Roma from a different degree of hate that they have for Travellers and will distinguish between them, I assume that's true in Ireland too.
