The President uses social media to make a point. You can argue he's probably the most effective person who has ever used social media.

He's using satire to make a point. He's not calling for the murder of his political opponents.

That's what these people are doing. (gestures at photo board) There's the picture of the president hanging an effigy by a noose. It's unconscionable.
