She cries because there is no food… she cries out of fear for her father and brother who sleep outside the tent because it is too small, after we were displaced and forced to put the women inside the tents to cover them.

It brings me great pain to know that money and words are the only things seemingly crossing the border. Even when the rest of the world attempts to send meagre sums of food and medicine, it is violently seized upon.

I can only hope that one day you and your family will receive both the provisions of a happy life and justice.
