I sat an AI interview once because I'm hard up. Did not once complete an answer. AI took my... pauses... as "finished, move on".
It was the dumbest thing I've ever encountered in employment. And I've done IT on and offboarding for 10+ years, working closely with the HR idiots!
What a dumb lead generation strategy. The people applying are not the people who would be signing a contract to use the tech. Maybe they're just fishing for free real world usage data to use for real sales pitches. Just as ineffective and scummy though.
