I do apologize, but it is by design. I've discovered it works as a sort of 'captcha' that keeps Twitter bot farms from reading them. If they manage to recognize there's words, they generally shit themselves.
That's interesting in and of itself - I'm all for things that confuse AI.
But out of curiosity, why do you want to confuse Twitter bots?
Genuine question. I'm not on Twitter and I know nothing about the bots on this disater of a platform. But I wonder what reason you might want have to want to prevent them from reading you memes.

Why does he have two paint trays filled with the same paint for a section of that size and did he apply it with the roller or did he just literally throw the paint at it?
Looks like one was a tray and one was a cover. Probably had the cover in the tray, didn't secure it or it was the wrong size or shape, and was having problems. So, he took the cover out and just used the tray. I'm sure he had no idea what he was doing.
I zoomed in to check and yeah, that’s a paint tray cover. Jesus fuckin’ christ…
