Just out of interest, is my english too shit to understand the "seemingly different language but actually english in disguise" in this meme, or is it just straight up a different language?

Edit: After searching a bit I found the setting to specify which languages to see in the WebUI of my lemmy instance. Thank you for giving this idea @outhouseperilous@lemmy.dbzer0.com.
