Every time I see her face I am amazed that she's only in her early 30's.

[–] yesman@lemmy.world 46 points 1 week ago

The problem with Loomer isn't her face.

[–] RBWells@lemmy.world 22 points 1 week ago (1 children)

Yeah, she sure does look like someone at least 45 with filler and botox. I think it's a style thing, she got the filler and botox already for some reason. Perhaps evil does age people.

[–] aceshigh@lemmy.world 11 points 1 week ago

Plastic surgery on a 60 year old will make her look 45, plastic surgery on a 25 year old will make her look 45. It’s really funny when young people want to look old.

[–] nova_ad_vitum@lemmy.ca 8 points 1 week ago

She looks like someone with a standing weekly Botox appointment on her calendar.

[–] Spezi@feddit.org 6 points 1 week ago

She looks older than Halle Berry in her mid 50s

[–] CharlesDarwin@lemmy.world 5 points 1 week ago (1 children)

I keep wondering how the transphobic right wing process her....

[–] captainlezbian@lemmy.world 2 points 1 week ago

She looks worse than the vast majority of trans people I've met

The fact that RFK jr and all his bullshit went unchallenged, and he could have landed in either party is the real problem.

Trump and Biden were never seriously challenged either.

The American political landscape is completely broken.

Yeah, I mean look at Cuomo for mayor. Keeping around provably corrupt politicians became more common most notably with Donald Trump but it applies now to both parties.

Cuomo shouldn't be able to run for dog catcher after his actions, and yet he's there at the top of the polls and getting endorsements from other establishment figures.

[–] distantsounds@lemmy.world 13 points 1 week ago

Absolutely, and I truly believe it all comes back to money in politics. When money equals speech, money is represented, not the people. It’s nothing new & always been a problem, but Citizens United really accelerated it.

[–] prole@lemmy.blahaj.zone 3 points 1 week ago

Yet he's still winning in the polls... There are millions of people in NYC who are still willing to vote for him because of name recognition.

[–] SoleInvictus@lemmy.blahaj.zone 29 points 1 week ago

These people didn't support Trump out of a selfless desire, out of altruism, out of a sense of love and patriotism for their country. They did it to benefit themselves.

She just described the entire Trump administration. No thoughts, empty head.

Also, when the talks, her mouth moves and her eyes blink but the rest of her face does not move and it's freaking me out.

The only reason why Kennedy left the Democrat Party, as he said, and joined the Republican Party is because he extorted Donald Trump. He extorted Donald Trump. He forced him under the pressure of -- in the threat of a contingent election, that he wasn't gonna drop out, and they were very calculated in the funding that they received to get on the ballot in certain states to take just enough electoral votes away from Donald Trump to force Congress to choose the next president of The United States. Okay? And Tulsi Gabbard made a deal with Trump too, to get a position in his administration.

I can’t conceive of saying this about trump and still supporting him. A person susceptible to extortion is by definition not a good politician.

[–] CharlesDarwin@lemmy.world 3 points 1 week ago

Also, she seems to think it's only the HHS and Tulsi that are the joke in Taco's regime?

Imagine being so willfully stupid as to recognize that Bobby Brainworms and Tulsi are ridiculous and incompetent, but not see how utterly ridiculous Taco is.

Initially I just read the transcript, but after the warning I just had to hear for myself. It was absolutely spot on.

[–] barnaclebutt@lemmy.world 11 points 1 week ago

The only reason anybody asks her opinion is that she blew Donald Trump.

Can't decide which of these fit best:

It's like a glass half empty/half full, excess it's still a glass of piss.

[–] some_guy@lemmy.sdf.org 7 points 1 week ago (2 children)

It's so annoying when people end their statements with an upward inflection like a question, okay? It makes you sound like a mouth-breathing moron, okay? It's a sign that you aren't a talented public speaker, okay right?

Though I do miss that brief period where she and the orange bad were constantly photographed together and she was clearly chortling his junk, okay?

[–] CharlesDarwin@lemmy.world 1 points 1 week ago

LOL, I didn't listen to it. Did she have lots of vocal fry, too?

[–] CharlesDarwin@lemmy.world 1 points 1 week ago

she was clearly chortling his junk

And not only metaphorically like the rest of the people that surround him...

[–] CharlesDarwin@lemmy.world 6 points 1 week ago (2 children)

What is this "Democrat Party" that I keep hearing so much about from the crazies?

No such party exists. If you cannot even get the goddamn name of the party right (many of them doing this on purpose, of course), then I have no need to listen to anything you have to say about them....it's one thing for the average person on the 'net or whatever to do playful names, but prominent people on the right have been doing this for literal decades.

[–] Godric@lemmy.world 5 points 1 week ago (1 children)

It works as a good dipshit detector. If someone says "democrat party", you know it's about to be someone's conservative uncle.

[–] CharlesDarwin@lemmy.world 2 points 1 week ago

Thing is, even their most prominent people say it, including Taco.

Much like them arguing about who is more "maga" (a completely undefined term with no policies and no real principles - it's just baby-talk) , it tells me that cons and the Republicans are entirely unserious people.

When their spokescreatures and politicians open up their mouth to talk about "the Democrat Party", it just sounds like they are just trying to troll the other party, or they are so deeply ignorant as to not even know what the name of the party even is. I'm not sure which is worse.

[–] aidan@lemmy.world 3 points 1 week ago

This is pointless

[–] jaybone@lemmy.zip 5 points 1 week ago

All of these people are insufferable.

[–] Devadander@lemmy.world 5 points 1 week ago (2 children)

How can our great leader be extorted?

[–] NoForwardslashS@sopuli.xyz 4 points 1 week ago (1 children)

You gotta get vids of him watching kids pee on a bed usually.

[–] Devadander@lemmy.world 3 points 1 week ago

Weak, low energy

[–] Almacca@aussie.zone 2 points 1 week ago

Mere flattery seems to work pretty well. He's not a complicated man.

[–] mcv@lemm.ee 5 points 1 week ago

The reason Kennedy left the Democratic Party and joined Trump, is because Kennedy is a dangerous idiot and Trump os a gullible fool, and Democratic voters don't tolerate his idiocy.

Trump switched for the same reason. He said so explicitly: Republicans are easier to con.

[–] 0ndead@infosec.pub 4 points 1 week ago* (last edited 1 week ago)

I don’t give a single fuck what this unhuman has to say

[–] Almacca@aussie.zone 2 points 1 week ago
