  • Musk went on to say on X the reason the Trump administration had not released the files into convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein was because they implicated the president. The White House called the assertions an “unfortunate episode”.

  • Meanwhile, Steve Bannon, a longtime Trump ally and Elon Musk critic, suggested there were grounds to deport the tech billionaire, who has US citizenship. Bannon told the New York Times: “They should initiate a formal investigation of his immigration status because I am of the strong belief that he is an illegal alien, and he should be deported from the country immediately.”

It's weird that Musk was comfortable hanging out with a pedophile involved with Epstein, and Bannon with Musk's illegal residency, until it became inconvenient for their interests.

"What we know so far."

See: "What we've known all along."

Read that as dong, but dung works too.

Ngl, Rusty Dong is a pretty good band name.

I'm not sure which one is worse. Better use both.

I read it as "drug", but dung works, too

... It's weird how most of me was resigned to believing this was never going to happen, and then all of a sudden even more of me is like "FINALLY!"

With the way this administration works, we'll be back to "when is this going to happen" by tomorrow.

Nazis always do this. It would be funny if their clown fights didn’t have “collateral” casualties…

[–] TRAHR@sh.itjust.works 10 points 2 days ago

This took far too long to happen.

[–] Zier@fedia.io 5 points 2 days ago

I have been expecting this between them. It will get worse. These are not two people who will ever get along. 2 HUGE egos just create a huge public explosion. Petty, shallow kunts!

This new arc should have a cathartic ending tbh

[–] LainTrain@lemmy.dbzer0.com 4 points 2 days ago

I don't buy it.

The most interesting part of this for me is they were right. Both sides do have good points worth listening to.

Wouldn’t be surprised if they both ~~get the other assassinated~~ I mean “””take their own life””” simultaneously…
