I was mostly curious about what organization graded it. I can now see that it's WCG, which Google tells me is notorious for grade inflation and hands out 10s like candy classic

edit: while trying to find out exactly when they started selling that card I found another variant with the deranged description of DONALD TRUMP Assassination Fight WOUND INFUSED COLOR GOLD CARD
