Well one thing i don't get about this platform is i came here to run away from US politics, yet in my current home (feddit.nl) all I see is US politics on their landing page.

I recommend keyword filters. I use the app Voyage that supports this. Blocking the words Trump, Elons, Musk, USA, goes a long way

Voyager completely changed things for me. I blocked US politics subs and few keywords and woah even my /all feed is nice to scroll through!

But yeah I also hang out mainly on my /subscribed feed. Takes awhile to curate your own subscribed view and make it nice, but I highly recommend doing that using https://lemmyverse.net/
