Make a spreadsheet to keep track of the unfinished ones so you can come back to them later. I find it very helpful
That's an option too, but I find book review websites, a lot more convenient.

I get so many recommendations of books from people who don't read. They see me reading a book and decide to drop "a few" recommendations. Bro I'm in the middle of a book I don't want to be thinking about other books this is my world right now.
