reminds me, couple days ago a guy came to me and my friend, and said he was the drummer for rammstein, told us a whole story about the tour bus (???) and then suddenly left. Very scare.

I can't tell what those guys stand for. I tried for a while and all I could come up with is that they're internet trolls who will pick a fight with anyone they can. I gave up
The community is based on fandom of chapotraphouse which champions trolling liberal sensibilities.
Also IIRC Hexbear doesn't have (viewable?) downvotes and so they encourage voicing disagreements which looks and feels like dogpiling to outsiders who are used to quiet and faceless downvotes.
