Re-used a cave set? I can't imagine what you're talking about.

/c/TenForward: Your home-away-from-home for all things Star Trek!
Re-route power to the shields, emit a tachyon pulse through the deflector, and post all the nonsense you want. Within reason of course.
~ 1. No bigotry. This is a Star Trek community. Remember that diversity and coexistence are Star Trek values. Any post/comments that are racist, anti-LGBT, or generally "othering" of a group will result in removal/ban.
~ 2. Keep it civil. Disagreements will happen both on lore and preferences. That's okay! Just don't let it make you forget that the person you are talking to is also a person.
~ 3. Use spoiler tags.
Use spoiler tags in comments, and NSFW checkbox for posts.
This applies to any episodes that have dropped within 3 months prior of your posting. After that it's free game.
~ 4. Keep it Trek related. This one is kind of a gimme but keep as on topic as possible.
~ 5. Keep posts to a limit. We all love Star Trek stuff but 3-4 posts in an hour is plenty enough.
~ 6. Try to not repost. Mistakes happen, we get it! But try to not repost anything from within the past 1-2 months.
~ 7. No General AI Art. Posts of simple AI art do not 'inspire jamaharon'
~ 8. No Political Upheaval. Political commentary is allowed, but please keep discussions civil. Read here for our community's expectations.
Fun will now commence.

SNW cheats by using a digital set for their alien worlds instead of Planet Hell. Just change the objects in the foreground and swap out the images on the screens behind the actors and you have a new planet. This set is also used for Engineering, with some railings and consoles installed.
Yeah, "The Volume" is this era's green screen cheat. It does afford some interesting shots that help the actors react somewhat more believably, seeing an actual projection instead of just green.
edit: I must note, that whilst in my rewatch of Voyager, I have just this night come upon the very "Plantet Hell" episode of s2e7 "Parturition"

This is the sign.

What was the Voyager usage? Was it supposed to be a Starbase Kim was escaping from?
Precisely. A nice cost cutting feature, much like earlier in the episode where Paris happens to have a handy portable transport.
Paris: Site-to-site transporter. With friends like mine, you never know when it'll come in handy. Where's your office?
KIM: Main complex, level six, subsection forty seven
As if just mentioning the room number won't land them in the middle of a desk or some such.
~~I'm trying (and failing) to find an image, but I want to say they re-reused it again in ENT when they entered one of the spheres in the Delphic Expanse.~~
Edit: Nevermind. I was thinking of TNG: Relics after all.
What episode? Trekcore.com is fairly thorough outside of very particular frames.
I thought it was The Council but I was totally mixing up the Dyson sphere in Relics (which is in the meme) with the Delphic sphere they entered.
The one in ENT was just a hologram.
Right. Just the entrance was a hologram. The spheres themselves were still quite massive and numerous.
