Look who's using human shields now. The most moral army in the world.
A literal human shield. WTF!
From 2005: "The Israeli Defence Ministry will appeal against a supreme court ruling banning the use of Palestinian human shields in raids, officials said." - it used to be policy. They wanted to continue.
I feel like this movie keeps going. Like Star Wars, Fast and Furious, or Aquaman.

This is, unfortunately, not a new practice by the IDF. Children have been used even before the current phase of the genocide.
That "protocol" sure is seeing a lot of violations. Do Israeli instructors wink and nudge a lot when they tell their soldiers not to do this?
If we only count instances like these we see from Israel, where an innocent person is literally used as a shield and not just sat at home or something, how many cases of Hamas using human shields actually are there?
This is the best summary I could come up with:
The Israeli military has said its forces violated protocol by strapping a wounded Palestinian man to the front of their vehicle during a raid in the West Bank city of Jenin.
The Israel Defense Forces confirmed the incident after it was captured on video and shared on social media.
Eyewitnesses speaking to Reuters news agency identified him as a local man and named him as Mujahed Azmi.
"This morning [Saturday], during counter-terrorism operations to apprehend wanted suspects in the area of Wadi Burqin, terrorists opened fire at IDF troops, who responded with fire," the IDF statement said.
"In violation of orders and standard operating procedures, the suspect was taken by the forces while tied on top of a vehicle.
"There has been a surge in violence in the West Bank since the start of the war in the Gaza Strip, triggered by Hamas's deadly attack on southern Israel on 7 October. The UN says at least 480 Palestinians - members of armed groups, attackers and civilians - have been killed in conflict-related incidents in the West Bank, including East Jerusalem.Israel accused of possible war crime over killing of West Bank boyTen Israelis, including six security forces personnel, have also been killed in the West Bank.
The original article contains 309 words, the summary contains 204 words. Saved 34%. I'm a bot and I'm open source!
To take him to the hospital, right?
Right??
Amazing how all they had to do wad hand him over to that ambulance but instead Israel once again chose to dehumanize Palestinians.
Yes. Right after PR event for "gods chosen people" and some fun shooty-time with Hamas.
Funny how investigations only happen after a video surfaces. I do not expect much will happen to them.
This also reminds me of an old reddit post that may now be awfully relevant: https://www.reddit.com/r/AskMiddleEast/comments/xnj2w4/why_is_israeli_propaganda_not_called_out_or/
They usually never investigate anything. In fact they get free pizzas for shooting 'Arabs'.
I wonder how the result of an investigation of the IDF against itself will turn out. I’m sure there’s gonna be lots of „you you you“s been given out, not really for doing this in the first place but rather for the fact that they got caught on camera.

Trolling is uncivil and is grounds for removal and/or a community ban.
Similarly, if you see posts along these lines, do not engage. Report them, block them, and live a happier life than they do. We see too many slapfights that boil down to "Mom! He's bugging me!" and "I'm not touching you!" Going forward, slapfights will result in removed comments and temp bans to cool off.
-
Rule 6: Memes, spam, other low effort posting, reposts, misinformation, advocating violence, off-topic, trolling, offensive, regarding the moderators or meta in content may be removed at any time.
-
Rule 7: We didn't USED to need a rule about how many posts one could make in a day, then someone posted NINETEEN articles in a single day. Not comments, FULL ARTICLES. If you're posting more than say, 10 or so, consider going outside and touching grass. We reserve the right to limit over-posting so a single user does not dominate the front page.
We ask that the users report any comment or post that violate the rules, to use critical thinking when reading, posting or commenting. Users that post off-topic spam, advocate violence, have multiple comments or posts removed, weaponize reports or violate the code of conduct will be banned.
All posts and comments will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. This means that some content that violates the rules may be allowed, while other content that does not violate the rules may be removed. The moderators retain the right to remove any content and ban users.
