I'm dead serious when I say I don't remember the last time I saw Biden smile. Any time I see him he looks angry and sounds shouty & annoyed. Like he's a guy who bought a riding mower but when he went to use it - it didn't work so he jumped right in his car to go to back to Walmart to give the manager the what for.
