I shouldn't be surprised since most "first-world" nations are like this, but how can people NOT know that apples grow from trees or
spoiler (CW: how meat is produced)
meat comes from slaughtering animals, usually in inhumane factory conditions?Also, most of the produce sold in supermarkets are plucked before they're ripe so they can survive the lengthy shipping time.
