In a way MTG is an inspiration to all. She's proof that even the dumbest, most wretched fucking idiot with no redeeming qualities can have a successful career. Unfortunately for the rest of us, her career is as a hate-mongering, shit heel politician.

Ugh, don’t call her MTG. That means Magic the Gathering to me and I like that game. 😞

You mean the trading card game that used to be coherent but these days is whored out to every franchise on Earth so Hasbro can make a quick buck, reputation be damned? There are worse comparisons.

Yes, but you can still always play it the old fashioned way with the older cards.

MG is out as well. MG is short for MGB which is a small, older sports car that even in its worst condition probably has less milage than the above Karen.

Already taken by people with Creativity, Uniqueness, Nerve and Talent.

I heard that in the US she's known as Moscow Marjorie.

[-] Drusas@kbin.run 1 points 4 months ago

Joking aside, in real life, Americans all seem to call her Marjorie Taylor Greene. Not MTJ, not Moscow Marge, just her full time.

[-] Drusas@kbin.run 4 points 4 months ago

It has meant Magic: The Gathering decades longer than it ever meant her. She cannot ruin the initialism.

[-] loobkoob@kbin.social 3 points 4 months ago

Unfortunately for her, too. She might be successful, but she seems fucking miserable all the time.

[-] Peppycito@sh.itjust.works 2 points 4 months ago

I've been wondering about that. Do you think the Trump office is a fun place to be? Do you think people are laughing and joking around? I imagine they're deadly serious all the time and only ever laugh to mock someone. I imagine it's absolutely miserable and highly stressful.

I know there are some good people in Georgia. What I don’t know is how they cope with the embarrassment of her. I guess much as we all had to cope with Shitstain L’Orange being our president. Sigh.
