Same, it's just complete and utter lack of awareness. The choice of the song is also very on the nose. Clearly they didn't bother to check the context for it.
motherfucker was around when the song came out and the ironic Bush speech references were current, it's mystifying
I could imagine it has something to do with feeding his ego.
He thinks this somehow makes him look good or cool
To get bloodthirsty Americans to think he's cool and America is still the top dog
Driving home thebpoint this is all just a game for them.
