I am not saying you can't make fun of Seto Kaiba not being able to beat a Dark Magician deck with the entire supply of Blue Eyes White Dragon cards in existence or anything, but at some point it becomes self-flagellating. to quote comrade JoeyWheeler:

It's another thing to performatively hate dueling in a cocktail of millennial self-deprecation and liberal duelist's guilt. It's not revolutionary, and it's probably not good for you.

Because they benefit directly from the continued existence of duelists and want to create a loyal Kaiba-Duelist fan club. Dueling has been an important form of self-defense for all classes of society going back to Ancient Egypt- this is just the latest in many attempts by capitalists to fully claim it for themselves. Allowing them to commodify dueling would be suicide for all working class people.
